General Conditions

GREYLANDS BILLY THE KID Fresh or Chilled Semen – Stud fee £500+VAT NFNF   Collection & Distribution   1. Fresh/Chilled semen will be collected and dispatched by Kington Langley Stud, The Stables, Ashes Lane, Kington Langley, Chippenham SA15 5NP (Phone: 07824664639(Livi) 07768262434(Bob)).   2. Mare owners are to arrange collection and distribution directly with Kington Langley Stud following completion of payment of the stud fee.   Payment   3. The Stud fee is payable in full to Greylands Stud prior to collection and distribution of semen.   4. Collection and distribution charges are payable directly to Kington Langley Stud; a list of charges can be found on their website. A copy of your nomination form including contact details may be shared with Kington Langley Stud for communication and billing purposes.   NFNF   5. No Foal No Fee - payment for the full stud fee is required prior to semen being requested. The Stud Fee will be refunded if a 'Not in Foal' certificate is provided for the mare by a vet by 31st October 2026.   Availability   6. Greylands Billy the Kid will be based at Kington Langley Stud from 1st May 2026. Availability is subject to change and semen is available at the stallion owner's discretion while he is based at Kington Langley Stud only. If a mare is certified not in foal and he is not available, The Stud Fee will be refunded under the No Foal No Fee terms when a 'Not in Foal' certificate for the mare by a vet by 31st October 2026.    Covering Certificates   7. Covering certificates will be issued by Greylands Stud at the end of the 2026 season upon notification that the mare has been certified in foal.
